WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?
Our team are located and based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We currently travel in and around Malaysia. Travel fees apply for travel anywhere outside of the Kuala Lumpur area.
HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU DELIVER?
Every wedding is unique and our main focus is telling the story of the day, which means that the final number of photos varies. With that said, we typically deliver 300-500 finished images per event.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FINISHED PHOTOS?
You can typically expect your final images within 15 to 45 days.
WILL I GET ALL THE RAW UNEDITED FILES?
No. You only get the images that have been selected. This ensures that all images provided are up to our high standards. You will receive high resolution jpegs. These are ready for you to print.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE WE BOOK?
Each of the packages we offer is different but they all include a USB pendrive with the digital photos, together with USB case. Click here to see the detail of each packages.
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO MOVE FORWARD WITH BOOKING?
A signed contract with a 20% non-refundable booking fees is required to book. The remaining 60% balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. The other 20% balance is due after final product delivery.
